1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the YAFF service.
2. Description of services
YAFF assists with filling in official PDF forms. YAFF is an independent tool, is not affiliated with any public authority, and does not provide legal advice. Users are themselves responsible for the accuracy and timely submission.
3. Prices & payment
The first completed form is free. After that, the prices stated in the pricing section apply (single purchase, credit packs or subscription). All prices include statutory VAT. Processing is handled by our payment provider.
4. Right of withdrawal for digital content
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For immediately provided digital content, this right lapses upon express consent to early commencement.
5. Liability
Liability in accordance with statutory provisions; limitations of liability pursuant to [to be completed].
6. Termination
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with effect from the end of the term.
